QUALIFICATION :

1. SPM or

2. Certificate in relevant course.

You will play an important role, including :

1) To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the C&S and architectural construction / installation works.
2) Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.
3) To carry out all materials / product receiving, handling & storage in accordance with the SOP.
4) Check and inspect works in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plans.
5) Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified / passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
6) Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site.
7) To supervise and monitor the usage of plant & machineries.
8) Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to Project Manager / Construction Manager.
9) To ensure all the construction / installation at site shall follows / base on the approved works programme by client / SO / Consultant.
10) Attend sub-contractors coordination meetings, safety meetings and technical meetings as and when required.
11) Any other duties assigned by Project Manager / Construction Manager from time to time.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Structure or equivalent
At least 1-3 years of working experience is required for this position.
Experienced in Retrofit/Project in Building, School or Hospital upgrading
Experienced in site management and relationship with all levels.
Having experience working in contractor firm is an advantage.
Able to work long hours.
Able to work under pressure environment.
Possesses strong credibility for problem solving skill, detail-oriented and committed to work and task.
A highly motivated team player with strong influence to surrounding, interpersonal and communication.
Have driving license & Own a transport.
