Job description

To assist in monitoring and supervision of project(s):
a) Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of Jobs;
b) Liaise with all suppliers relating to supply of goods and scheduling of deliveries to site, including quality inspection;
c) Logistic arrangements;
d) Supervision of work on site;
e) Site meetings and follow-up on outstanding works;
f) Assist in preparation of progress claims monthly and to attend to valuation and certification of work by customer;
g) Ensure all documentation are complete and signed b customer;
h) Liaise with clients and variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors and etc.
and any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time
