The Role:
As the Site Supervisor at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee the onsite renovation work. You will focus on taking care of the project’s timeline. Your work will directly impact the quality of the completed units.
What You’ll Do:
1. Plan and oversee the schedule of the renovation projects
2. Manage the client expectation and project progress
3. Conduct site visits to ensure a smooth operations
4. Monitor the workmanship of our vendors
5. Conduct quality control and fix minor defects
6. Work closely with our Interior Styling Designers on the execution of their designs
7. Ensure the unit is clean during the renovation process
8. Receive and manage deliveries
9. If needed, carry out the basic handyman work
Job Requirements
1. Preferred candidate with an interest or background in renovation management
2. Ability to juggle multiple task
3. Strong project management skills
4. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
5. Have your own car
