Job description

Manage company logistics affairs and foreign employees to fulfill the domestic waste collection schedules.

Duties

• Monitor logistic operations including collection schedule
• Prepare a daily summary report
• Prepare weekly vehicles maintenance report
• Ensure the condition of the vehicles is safe and checked on a daily basis
• Prepare weekly and monthly service claim/invoice trip arrangements
• Monitor contract workers' attendance and prepare monthly attendance report
• Present monthly performance report for the assigned site

Eligibility

• Minimum Diploma.
• Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Have your own vehicle and driver's license.
