- To supervisor construction daily activities progress according to deadline
- To planning, monitor & coordinate of sub-contractors and other trades construction works.
- Monitoring of construction progress
- Ensure all material use and works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawing, project time schedule
- To plan and monitor the usage of equipment, machinery & material at site
- Manage on site work progress, work schedule, work quality and document management, site meeting, sub-contractor progress claim status
- Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes
- Recording and compiling project information as required
- Plan & keep track of stock availability on site to ensure smoothly work
- Daily prepare & update site progress
- Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior
