- Identify all vacancies and develop a constructive short term and long term plan to fulfil all the vacancies.
- Manage online recruiting platforms to source for candidates.
- Constantly conduct research and gather information on the latest trend in talent market, employment agencies, headhunters and other similar sources.
- Responsible for drafting of the advertisement content and publishing it on job platforms.
- Obtain and filter resumes based on the set of criteria established such as reference check, qualification, salary, resignation notice, interview and etc.
- Prepare offer letter and contract for shortlisted candidate.
- Communicate and work closely with team members and other departments to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Conduct exit interview for resigned staff.
- Identify the problems exist in the recruitment and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare necessary reports and recruitment documentations.
- Understand the competency requirement for each job and ensure the job scope is accurately stated in the job description. (Eg. IT Support, Admin and etc)
- To liaise with event organizers for any event opportunities to hold job advertisements, career booth etc.
- Ensure all necessary procedures are being appropriately conducted throughout the recruitment process until candidates are successfully onboarded.
- Conduct briefing on specific policies & procedures for employees/new hires.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Norms in relation to discipline management is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.
- Preferably 1 year working experience in Staffing / Recruitment.
- Familiar with data analysis.
- Ability to analyze problems and identify alternative solutions. Propose and implement HR actions plan in order to support company’s goals and objectives.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
