Job Description
- Manages and leads a team of planners for the analysis and design of end-to-end supply chain solutions, tools, processes and metrics including planning and operations, material information, logistics, shipment, revenue, customer fulfillment, inventory, business intelligence, and execution of strategy to improve efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
- Develops plans/strategies to integrate the customer demand with production capability, including the supply chain/ production planning for in-house manufacturing, contract manufacturers and ODMs to improve customer satisfaction, market share and revenue.
- Drives strategic supply chain transformation, digitization and optimization initiatives to support business growth.
- Oversees and facilitates coordination of new product introductions (NPI), including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.
- Manages supply chain programs and processes and is responsible for key metrics such as gross margin improvement, revenue goals, inventory levels, on-time delivery, etc.
- May develop and manage supply chain business integration programs for potential mergers and acquisitions.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree or University Degree or equivalent plus typically 5 years of relevant experience as a first level and second level manager.- Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills in implementing program/organization strategies
