Monday - Friday
- Provide first level of customer service support.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries, request and complaints pertaining to RHB's equity or futures trading products & services via telephone, email and chat platform promptly.
- Provide an accurate, efficient and good quality service that leads to high customer satisfaction.
- Perform and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior to gain exposure and learn additional skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Call Centre environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and BM.
- Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
