Manufacturing Technician Profiling

• Preferred Age group of employees 28-31
• Year of experience according to the qualification:
• Diploma Min 6 Years in manufacturing industry,
• Certificate Min 7 years in manufacturing industry,
• SPM Min 8 Years out of this minimum 3 years in the last 5 years the

candidate should have worked in manufacturing industry.

Salary will be defined based on the candidate’s current drawn salary.

Job Description

• Required skills including: Operate machines, clean / oil machine and assist in other TPM jobs
• Monitor and inspect quality of products
• Operate machines, e.g. adjusting and controlling speed
• Perform resetting and presetting
• Troubleshoot minor breakdown
• Carry out OM, housekeeping and follow safety regulations
• Participate in continuous improvements

• Production Volume or efficiency
• Production Performance
• Quality, Cost Level, Housekeeping, Safety

Benefits
1. Monthly Transport Allowance: RM350
2. Monthly shift allowance: RM180-RM300 depending on shift pattern, max 2 days leave (AL, MC,
UL , HL & Absent), exceeding to prorate.
3. Monthly Attendance Incentive: RM80 (paid quarterly), additional RM60 per quarter if achieved full
attendance for the said quarter.
4. EPF Employer Contribution: 14.5%
5. Fully subsidized 1 set meal every work day + uniform, safety shoes and other PPE + laundry
service
6. Retention Bonus: RM1,000 upon completion of each continuous 12 months of employment for
the initial 3 years only (meet criteria of at least 9 out of 12 attendance incentive payments during
the last 12 months cycle for each retention bonus payment & no written warning.)
7. Entitled to 13th month payout in Dec
8. Outpatient Medical: Annual dental & optical claim up to RM1000 (incl. spouse & children). MHC
card will be provided for clinical treatment
9. GTL & GPA Coverage provided
10. 2 years of service and above: One-time Newborn baby payout RM2000 up to 5 children
11. 3 years of service and above: Loan Subsidy allowance RM180 every quarter payout through TnG
