Job Title : TECHNICIAN, IT & SOFTWARE
Level of Position : FACTORY GRADE

Key Role & Responsibility

• Support/assist any system/network issue in the company.
• Installs and configure computer, operating systems and applications.
• Monitors and maintains IT inventory and spare parts
• Provide IT related supports.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Reporting To
Engineer IT & Software, Department manager, Department HOD.

Prerequisite Skill & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of IT and network system and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Operating system and equivalence.
• Extra if knowledge in Cisco Network system.

Abilities

• Leadership qualities.
• Resourceful and creative.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Diploma in IT or similar
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic, communication ability and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Certification as IT technician will be an advantage (e.g CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Profession)
• Reliable, good in communication and problem solving
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Preferably entry level specializes in IT / Computer/ Network/System/Database admin
• Good level of written / oral English language
• Multi-tasker and able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
