Job description

1. Provide continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat and email.

2. Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries.

3. Processes and manages orders or cases via support systems and portals.

Requirement :

* At least SPM Qualification (with certificate) or any equivalent or highest qualification.

* Must have own PC & strong Wi-Fi

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply , no experience needed , Full training provided.

* Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday

* Excellent Mandarin and Cantonese & English communication skills.
