Menguruskan tugas-tugas di bawah jabatan agar operasi jabatan makanan & minuman berjalan lancar.

• Menyambut semua tamu yang datang ke restoran (greeting)
• Mempersila tetamu duduk
• Menawarkan menu yang ada di restoran
• Menyajikan makanan dan minuman yang telah dipesan tetamu
• Melakukan up-selling dengan menawarkan makanan/minuman yang ada didalam menu/promosi semasa.
• Membersihkan meja tetamu
• Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan dan kerapian restoran
• Bertanggung jawab atas semua inventory peralatan dan perlengkapan restoran
• Bertanggung jawab kepada Penyelia Makanan & Minuman atas semua tugas yang telah diberikan

2. Menguruskan tugas-tugas yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari masa ke semasa.
