Conduct daily briefing, implement, monitor, & evaluate new initiatives and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Attend to customers’ inquires via telephone, fax, email & respond accurately.
Conduct special management reviews and follow-up on audit observation to improve procedures and practices implemented in warehouse operations.
To perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
