Job description

Forklift operators are responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. They are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts. Moreover, they perform the filling of orders and check the accuracy of other orders. Requirements - Have a minimum SPM qualification. - A valid forklift license. - Proven experience working in a warehouse environment. - The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment. - The ability to lift and move heavy objects. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills. - Detail-oriented. Responsibility - Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange accordingly. - Handling incoming and outgoing stock movement. - Ensure proper stock record or data entry. - Undertake physical stock check activity. - Assist in inventory control and general report. - Daily ad-hoc work assigned by superior.
