JOB SUMMARY:
To be responsible for all administrative works in warehouse, including receiving, storage and delivery of goods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To administrate and enforce warehouse safety & regulations;
To support Warehouse Manager to achieve the profit and loss of all contract logistics accounts;
To be responsible to supervise and lead all workers to follow the standard operations procedures provided;
To administrate, arrange manpower for warehouse operations on daily basis
To ensure warehouse work flows are following the SOPs;
To run and execute improvement plans from time to time as required.
To manage workers to achieve the productivity and the KPI set by Management;
To perform warehouse housekeeping, stock control and inventory management
To be responsible for sorting and controlling documentation of delivery notes with proper filling;
To raise inventory reporting on a timely basis, and all other relevant reporting as per required by clients
To facilitate day to day inbound & outbound requirements for our clients
To navigate outsource delivery partners, and work on distribution schedules
Execution and enforcement of HR ISO 9001 policies and participate in audits;
Any other job as assigned from time to time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma or related field.
Min. 3 – 4 years’ working experience in related field (logistics & warehousing & 3PL);
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
Willing to work at Bandar Puncak Alam;
Good communication skills and able to write and converse effectively in English (able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage)
