From basic to advanced strategies, candidates walk away after experiencing a series of interactive workshops and personal support. Participants will be ready to compete for the good jobs with real living wages. For client’s eligible for food assistance, they have access to our well-stocked pantry with onsite supportive coaches. Member Duties : As a VISTA Member at WARM, you will be an integral part in our ability to develop/expand several new prosperity services by helping to conduct basic/repeated research, by developing and coordinating details needed to produce, schedule, and deliver educational employment sessions (in person or virtually). In addition, you’ll play an active role in building our educational resource library, in reviewing and posting materials. Expect to engage with others on our 20 person staff (plus some volunteers) and join in the continuous improve processes. You will be expected to use and navigate the base features in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet browsers/search programs. You may be called to use other, more specific cloud-based software packages at times (we will instruct you).
