The Creative Services & Production group is responsible for the creation, ideation, production and execution of experiential, events and editorial video content for Apple Services. We are seeking a hardworking individual who can contribute in a team environment and wants to be part of a growing organization. This position requires a proactive, highly collaborative individual with strong communication creative and design skills. As the Creative Director for Experiential & Events, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and compelling creative solutions for events and experiences. Key Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in the line of work including being directly accountable for and managing a team to deliver on the creative deliverables across an experience, event, content piece, etc.
- You have a strong grasp of the creative development process, have excellent creative direction skills, and consistently deliver excellent design.
- You have a deep knowledge for - and avid consumption of - design, entertainment, music, culture, content, social media, live events and experiences, trends and innovation, with the ability to apply this insight to the creation of events and experiences
- You have in-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process, including effectively and efficiently staffing projects, providing communication and creative direction, and giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions.
- Your design skills are outstanding, and you have the ability to guide, evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development.
- You have extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines
- You have experience handling multiple, concurrent projects with a collaborative approach
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills to external and internal audiences and customers and the ability to distill communication into actionable plans
Description
- Respond the creative briefs with innovative and inspiring ideas and designs - Lead a cross functional team of experiential designers to translate strategic creative direction into high-quality designs. - Partner with strategy leads to ensure designs meet business objectives - Ensure assets are delivered within budget and on time. - Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling designs for sophisticated audiences.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Additional Requirements
- Proficient in Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion Design (After Effects, etc.) and 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) knowledge
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,000 and $273,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
