Job Responsibilities:

• Execute credit management and collection activities to ensure that internal controls are in place on a daily basis.
• Monitor existing customers' credit and collection history.
• Create and send account statements to customers.
• Monitor payments due and compare them to the assigned credit limit/term. Highlight any potential debt collection issues.
• Analyze customer payment performance and identify potential credit risks to reduce payment defaults.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance. However, those with Professional Certificate such as LCCI with 2 years of experience will be considered.
• Those with 1 year of working experience in Account Receivable (AR) would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
