Responsible for supporting and assisting the day-to-day bank reconciliation operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures
SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform investigation on the outstanding unreconciled items.
- Follow-up with banks and internal departments on outstanding unreconciled items.
- Clearing outstanding items in bank reconciliation by referring to the relevant documents.
- Daily ad hoc & administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in finance, accountancy, banking, investment, economics or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good work ethics with a positive attitude.
- Responsible and willing to learn.
