We're looking for an Executive Secretary or aspiring to be, required for our Executive Office.
Job summary
The Executive Secretary, under the supervision of the General Manager & Resident Manager, is responsible in performing secretarial responsibilities for the Executive Office, acts as an administrative assistant and coordinates the fast-paced activities of the Executive Office. She is also responsible to set an example for other secretaries to emulate regarding items such as grooming and office decorum.
Requirement
Presentable and professional appearance.
Excellent in written and spoken English and Malay; additional language i.e., Mandarin a definite advantage.
Performing a similar position for at least 1 year.
Ability to interact at all levels of stakeholders
A self-starter, resourceful and trustworthy
Malaysian Nationality only.
