Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for a Groundskeeper! If you have experience working in Groundskeeping and/or Landscaping, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you!
A Groundskeeper is someone who is physically fit, enjoys spending time outdoors, and not afraid of a little dirt to provide regular care for an apartment community. The main objective of the Groundskeeper is to ensure upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Grooming of the property
- Collection and disposal of trash
- Assist in the movement of appliances when needed
- Water flowerbeds and community plants
- Clean community common areas (i.e. pools, gazebos, etc.)
Qualifications:
- All service personnel are required to have a personal set of general tools
- Be able to lift up to 80 pounds
- Be able to push/pull up to 200 pounds
- Valid and current US driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
