Job description
Responsibilities: 1.Create, Design, and Implement recruitment and hiring strategy 2.Prepare job descriptions of all positions and post jobs to appropriated channels 3.Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 4.Conduct full cycle recruitment process; screening, interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training employees 5.Facilitates communication among employees and management. 6.Design and facilitate in-house events 7.Develop coaching and mentoring schemes to support employee development and achievement of personal development plan 8.Salary management Requirements: 1.At least 3 years of relevant working experience in human resources and administrative management, familiar with hr recruitment, training, performance, remuneration and other module theories and practices; 2.Knowledge of local legal legislation, policy 3.Strong team leadership and leadership skills, executive ability, communication ability and sense of responsibility 4.Attention to details, extremely responsible 5.Bachelor degree or above 6.Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus
