• KEY IN DAILY TRANSPORT CALCULATION IN EXCEL
• MONITOR DRIVER MOVEMENT (KNOWLEDGE OF DAILY TRIPS)
• PREPARE ADVANCE FOR DRIVERS EVERY 15TH
• DOUBLE CHECK THE DAILY TRANSPORT CALCULATION AND PREPARE SALARY
• RECORD LEAVE
• RECORD PENALTY
• PREPARE PROBATION, CONFIRMATION AND REQUIRED LETTERS
• MAKE KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF CONTRIBUTIONS
• RECORD DRIVERS LICENSE EXPIRY DATES
• KEEP FILES UP TO DATE
• DO WORKERS CLAIMS (EXAMPLE: SOCSO CLAIMS)
• PREPARE EA FORM
• DO FULL PAYROLL ACCOUNTING AND WORK CLOSELY WITH COMPANY ACCOUNTANT
• SQL SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE WILL ADDED AS AND ADVANTAGE

2) FOREIGN WORKERS

• NEED TO KEEP RECORD OF WORKER NAME LIST AND WORKING YAERS UP TO DATE
• CHECK ATTENDANCE DAILY
• RECORD LEAVE
• CHECK THUMBPRINT ONE WEEK ONCE
• KEEP VERY SHARP RECORD OF LOAN LIST AND DEDUCTIONS
• PPEPARE ADVANCE LIST
• PREPARE ADVANCE BEFORE EVERY 13TH
• KEEP RECORD OF WORKERS YEARLY BONUS LIST
• MANUAL WORKING HOURS CHECKING AND PREPARE SALARY FOR ONE SET OF WORKERS
• MUST COMPLETE ALL SALARY BEFORE 5TH
• DO WORKERS PERMIT RENEWAL (INSURANCE, FOMEMA, LEVY)

TNG SDN BHD’s MAIN BUSINESS is sand trading. It started sometimes in 1993. Then, we had 5 lorries. It slowly went on to expand and obtained more and more lorry permits with more quality sand purchasers for ready mix cement plants in and around Kuala Lumpur. We have more than 70 lorries transporting sand. At present, most of the sand sold in Klang Valley comes from Negeri Perak where we do our own washing and grading of sand as “FINE SAND” and “COARSE SAND”. We are the main supplier for MRT projects and sand supplier through Kuala Lumpur and Klang valley.

In TNG SDN BHD, As a major sand trader, we employ a director, a manager, assistant manager, accountant and about 70 drivers, 10 clerical office staffs and about 15 technical workers at our repair and maintenance lorry workshop at Kundang on a 10 acre lot. We also have our own tyre store and repair shop.

Our company vision is to align with long term customers and create partnership built on mutual success and corporation. We also would like to have several sand mining project with state government. To increase our lorries from the present 70 lorries to 100 lorries;
To increase our sales as we expand the fleet; To be the leading SAND SUPPLIER in Klang Valley with creating employment to about 250 to 300 persons.
