Responsibilities & Authorities

• Assist Senior Site Supervisor in the following:
• Supervising and controlling the direct laborers, plants and sub-contractors works and for completion of the respective work in his discipline within the planned schedule.
• Undertaking inspection of works at appropriate stages to ensure conformance to specification.
• Submitting in the Inspection Reports timely to QA/QC Officer for compilation.
• Identifying, initiation, reporting any incidence of non-conformance to either specification or system.
• Controlling any further work, until the deficiency or problem has been satisfactorily resolved.
• To assist the Safety Officer in ensuring all works are carried out in safe manner. Submit Daily Report to a Project Engineer timely.
• Any other duties as and when instructed.

Education & Experience (Preferred)

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Building
• Fresh graduate may apply

Skills & Knowledge
(Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
• Possess good attitude, communication and negotiation skill
• Basic knowledge in building materials
• Basic knowledge in construction technology and sequence
