Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing Marketing Research & Intelligence function, including managing the team, defining project goals, managing budget, providing direction, reviewing all related reports for market research, segment and market analysis and presenting findings.
• Oversee all data gathering, tracking and monitoring of data activities and review the analysis on the automotive market performance and trends.
• Provide timely reporting to Management Team on periodic reports and presenting findings in meetings
• Lead and guide the marketing research team to provide the voice of customers to support various departments in product lifecycle management and in branding initiatives, especially in understanding customer's behavior and preferences
• Lead and drive in-house surveys and any external research activities
• Lead and obtain approvals from Management in forecasting of Segment & Total Industry Volume
• Support Management Team in all other market research and intelligence related work matters

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Finance/Mathematics/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of work experience in Marketing Research related function, preferably in Automotive industry
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
• Possess strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Data driven mindset in managing a wide range of qualitative & quantitative research
• Good command of both written & spoken English
