BUSINESS STRATEGIC EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh Graduate in Degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accountancy/ Banking or other relevant discipline.
- Has worked in the business development environment of Construction, Property Development/ Investment and other related industry for at least 3 years: with experience involved in project development/ tendering process
- Proficient in basic computer software ( i.e. Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess strong communication, presentation and writing skill
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Confident, independent, resilient, resourceful and result oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in exploring and identifying new business or market with attractive growth potentials
- Conduct preliminary feasibility studies, prepare business proposal and cashflow
- Conduct business and market research of any particular industry for the purpose of a preparing business proposal
- Monitor and update project status until handover the project
- Complete any additional task instructed by superior
